Venue

  • Delta Hotels Winnipeg offers accessible entrances, elevators, meeting spaces and rooms. 
  • Field trips and off-site activities are being planned with accessibility in mind. Please contact us in advance if you have specific needs so we can make appropriate arrangements. 
  • Service animals are welcome at all Summit venues and activities. 

Sessions and material

  • Simultaneous translation and captioning will be available for most sessions. 
  • Microphones and clear sightlines will be provided in all session rooms. 
  • Presenters are encouraged to consider accessibility in presentation development and delivery. 

Dietary needs

  • Special meals for dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences can be arranged. Dietary needs can be indicated when completing your registration.
