Venue
- Delta Hotels Winnipeg offers accessible entrances, elevators, meeting spaces and rooms.
- Field trips and off-site activities are being planned with accessibility in mind. Please contact us in advance if you have specific needs so we can make appropriate arrangements.
- Service animals are welcome at all Summit venues and activities.
Sessions and material
- Simultaneous translation and captioning will be available for most sessions.
- Microphones and clear sightlines will be provided in all session rooms.
- Presenters are encouraged to consider accessibility in presentation development and delivery.
Dietary needs
- Special meals for dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences can be arranged. Dietary needs can be indicated when completing your registration.
